After a very difficult time we are delighted that we are now able to offer more routine veterinary procedures for all of our clients.
This will lead to an inevitable increase in visits, it remains incredibly important that we all adhere to social distancing. We must continue to protect one another and protect the NHS.
To this end, at each request for a visit the individual circumstances will be risk assessed by our reception team before confirming that the visit can go ahead. The vets will wear gloves and a mask in situations where distancing may be compromised, and we would appreciate your help, respecting social distancing and also wearing gloves and a mask when possible.
It’s been hard during the first stage of this pandemic, to get the balance right between keeping you and our staff safe, abiding by the rapidly changing government and professional regulatory bodies guidelines and providing the care that you and your horses require. We have maintained a 24 / 7 emergency service throughout and more recently have widened the scope of cases that we are seeing. We are all looking forward to getting back to ‘the new’ normal, but we are not there yet. We must remain vigilant and all do our best to keep one and other safe.
